A Little Bad - Yahoo has banned its staff from what Yahoo calls 'remote working' Even after years of many predicting working from home as the future for everybody.

The number of self-employed who work exclusively from home increased from 3 million in 1999 to 4 1/2 million in 2005 (the latest available from the US Census). Those working from home at least some of the time increased from 9 1/2 million to 11 1/2 million in the same period. It is predicted those figures will have tripled by 2013
